His sire, Kassander van’t Roosakker, results from the cross of two 1.60m CSI performers: Echo van’t Spieveld (by Heartbreaker) and Electra van’t Roosakker. From the highly prolific dam line of Usha van’t Roosakker, more than 110 black-type horses have emerged, nearly 40 of which have competed successfully at 1.60m, including Dourkhan Hero Z, Cella, Equador van’t Roosakker, Emperio van’t Roosakker, among many others.
PICOBELLO is the first foal of his dam. Early oriented toward breeding, Kassander has established himself as a major sire. From his very first crop, his son Picobello van’t Roosakker is competing at the very highest level, 1.60m CSI5* GP, with international victories and Nations Cup podium.
