KANSAS BLUES comes from an exceptional damline, that of his dam LA MARE, a remarkable broodmare who has produced over ten showjumpers with indexes above 140.
KANSAS is the brother of several approved Selle Français stallions, including ROCK’N ROLL SEMILLY (2nd in the 1.60m CSIO5* Grand Prix of La Baule 2015), Djagger Semilly (1.55m GP), and FUNKY MUSIC SEMILLY, as well as top-performing mares such as Brasilia de l’Abbaye (1.50m GP), Bodega Semilly (1.55m GP, 2022 Junior European Championships), and Evora Semilly (7th in the French 5 yo Championship).
Their granddam, Orièle de la Mare, was herself French 6 yo Champion and went on to compete at a high level (ISO 150).
