❝ Berdenn de Kergane (alias Casco Bay) : an outstanding modern show jumper which produces outstanding offspring! He was the top lot when sold at auction in 2014. He impressed the audience with his scopey, powerful jump, exemplary technique and three elastic paces. He was reaching the peak of his career, winning the 1,60m GP of Vejer de la Frontera at only 9 YO and winning an Olympic Qualifier for Tokyo OG, before unfortunately dying prematurely. He didn’t have time to produce many horses, but with less than 10 sons, he is placed 8th of the best sires of showjumpers of his generation worldwide! In 2020, Berdenn de Kergane wins the CSI2* Grand Prix in Opglabbeek, is placed 4th of the 1,50m class in St-Tropez. He is also the winner of the 1,60m Grand Prix in Vejer de la Frontera and the winner of an Olympic Qualifier for Tokyo Olympic Games, before unfortunately dying prematurely.
In 2019, at only 8YO, he is placed 2nd of the 1,45m and 10th of the 1,50m classes in Aachen CSIO5*, 2nd of the CSI2* GP in Valkenswaard.
In 2018, he is placed 4th of the 7 YO final in Vejer de la Frontera (1,45m).
In 2014, he hit the headlines of FENCES auction sales, being sold at 3 YO for the Top Price of 160 000 € !

He started breeding in 2014
Berdenn de Kergane has been exported at 4 YO and then he unfortunately died prematurely, so he hasn’t produced a lot of foals. He only have a few products but their qualities are amazing, like the ones of Fancy de Kergane, 3rd of the 5 YO jumpers Championships of France, winner of the 6 YO SF Stallions Master, vice-Champion of France of the 6 YO, 9th of the 6 YO World Championships in Lanaken and vice-Champion of France of the 7 YO! He is also the father of the very good 6 YO in 2022, Guss de Kergane ISO 133.
